seeing a pattern perhaps? Yes, I'm a *mac* tech writer. No, that really doesn't add up to much in the end, but it gets me free beer at Macworld Expo. This is important...I like Macs, but i'm not a MacMac...I don't get the hot sweaties about Steve Jobs and a sauna or anything. But the truth of it is, I know a lot about Macs, both hardware and software. I don't often play in the Mac communities, but I know my shit about the platform. If I'm trying to help you, please, work with me here, and try to help me help you. If you can't do that, well sit and stew. I'm not the one needing help.
